Pentart Gel Paste Transparent Shiny is a heavy-body, water-based gel medium that dries to a clear, glossy finish. Use it as a decoupage medium, to build raised 3D effects, or as a tintable base by mixing in colour powders or media mist for a custom-coloured gel.
