Pentart Snow Paste is a thick, creamy paste that creates a beautiful raised snow texture when dabbed onto rice paper, chalk-style paint, or most surfaces. Add Pentart Glitter or Ice Crystal Paste over the top for a sparkling, crystallised snow effect.
