This beautiful paper is created and designed in Oregon by a local artist. Reba uses her own artwork as well as various beautiful images inlaid and printed on quality rice paper. Use any of our top coat sealers or decoupage mediums (we like Big Top) to apply to any surface.

A magnificent full-sheet Victorian Halloween composition — a solemn, wide-eyed little girl in a large black witch hat draped with a cobweb and a dangling black spider, wearing a dark Victorian dress with a lace collar, sits at a table with a spider crawling across it and a small glass potion bottle containing a spider below — all framed within an elaborate baroque cartouche of acanthus scrollwork, cherubs, and a gnome, with “Happy Halloween” in spidery lettering at top left — darkly charming and delightfully spooky.
