This beautiful paper is created and designed in Oregon by a local artist. Reba uses her own artwork as well as various beautiful images inlaid and printed on quality rice paper. Use any of our top coat sealers or decoupage mediums (we like Big Top) to apply to any surface.

A Victorian angel in a teal gown carries a snow-dusted pine tree over antique “Réveil des Anges” sheet music, framed in blush roses and a trailing pink ribbon — romantic, ethereal, and gloriously festive.
