This beautiful paper is created and designed in Oregon by a local artist. Reba uses her own artwork as well as various beautiful images inlaid and printed on quality rice paper. Use any of our top coat sealers or decoupage mediums (we like Big Top) to apply to any surface.

A jolly Victorian Santa rides a white horse with a basket of gifts and a Christmas tree on his back, framed in lush holly and red berries over aged cursive script parchment with a “Merry Christmas” postage stamp — nostalgic, festive, and gloriously old world.
