A water-based glue and varnish in one, formulated specifically for the decoupage technique. Dries to a smooth, matt finish and spreads easily and evenly for a seamless result every time. Use it both under and over rice paper or napkins — no separate sealer needed.

Tips for best results:

• Soak regular paper in water before gluing to prevent tearing and improve adhesion.
• Always spread the glue-varnish on top of the paper from the centre outward to the edges — this pushes out air bubbles for a perfectly flat finish.
• Apply a final coat over the top to seal and protect your work.
